Go From Your Mom’s Basement to Agency Dev
Our creative web dev shop (The Kestrel Co.) has been training noobs for years. We’ve also partnered with countless creative agencies across the country, building our highly-designed custom websites for their clients. The Accelerator is your chance to join us. We’ll teach you as you work along side of us to do exactly what we’ve been doing for yeras.

2. Join our virtual meetings
One session is dedicated to learning a major new module, and one is spent answering questions and addressing roadblocks.
3. Work through weekly assignments building actual things.
Don’t waste your life building hello world sites. Here you’ll build real sections of real sites from real agencies for real clients.
4. Regular check-ins with your code mentor.
Your assigned mentor has built hundreds of sites for agencies professionally. He/she will address problems, talk to you about soft skills, do code reviews, and just show you overall how you’re doing and where you need to grow.
5. Graduate with certification and get a job
Upon completion, you’ll receive your certification. We’ll also look over your resume and give you suggestions for openings. In some cases we even help make agency connections for you.
